Heaven became sweeter on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, with the “going home” of our dear mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, sister, wife, and friend, Sally Kay Olejarczyk. Sally was born May 24, 1950, to Howard and Carmen Branch who preceded her in death. She will be remembered lovingly by John, her husband of 44 years as well as her family including her four children: Shane (Lilly) Olejarczyk, Laura (Ernie) Bisson, Carmen Olejarczyk, and Scott (Angie) Olejarczyk. six Grandchildren: Shane (Trinity) Olejarczyk, Jr., Olivia Olejarczyk, Savannah Bisson, Sarah Bisson, Cora Olejarczyk, and Evelyn Olejarczyk, plus one great grandson Dominic, son of Shane Jr and Trinity. Siblings: Shari (Rich) Johnson, Howard (Judy) Branch, and Wendy (Jim) Jilek. Sally was a member of New Heart Church. She retired from Mercy Health Partners HR Department after 47 years of faithful service, on December 31, 2017. Sally loved her family and expressed that through all the special dinners, and shopping trips she organized. Holidays were her favorite and were always special at the Olejarczyk home. She especially loved the trips to Frederik Meijer Gardens butterfly exhibit with her grand children. Sally was also active for many years in the Cursillo/DeColores and DeCo-Tec organizations. A celebration of thanks for her life will be held at 12:00 Noon, on Saturday, November 9, 2019, at Covenant Community Church, 143 E. Barney Ave., Muskegon Hts., MI 49444, with her Pastor, Ron Amos, officiating. Visitation will take place one hour before the service at 11:00AM Cremation has taken place, per Sally’s request, by Shoreline Memorial. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family. Special thanks to Hospice of Michigan for the care and encouragement the family received during her transition.
