Donations in her name may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association She has closed her eyes for the last time Her tears no longer flow The pain she’s had, will hurt no more It is her time to go We’ll hate to be without her Heart broke and feeling low The Lord is taking her back home It is her time to go A wife and mother for many years What love she did show Oh to have her one day more It is her time to go Legs that no longer work Thoughts no longer grow Eyes that have lost their shine It is her time to go Now her last breath has left her It’s the end of her life show Sadly missed forever It was her time to go So now we’ve said our last goodbye But by faith I know She’ll be there to welcome us When it’s our time to go
